Not only just the things that happen to you, but how you handle each situation and how you let it affect you?

well you cant really control what can happen to you (ie; incidence, accidence that you didnt create, certain situations such as death of a family member, the stubborn boss you meet in your new job etc.) but you can control some certain things and not letting it happen to you by handling it well. you can learn how to not make things affect you and you can handle certain situations the way you want it to be. so ofcourse, your actions and your brain are what is responsible for what happens and what you do in your life.

Who else would be responsible. After you have the ability to make adult decisions, you're on your own. Experiences and DNA may have some influence on you but what you do is your responsibility.

It doesn't really matter who is responsible for it, whether that would be me or my parents or some random person, I'm the person that suffers or reaps the rewards of what happens, so it's in my best interest to simply accept responsiblity.

there is no such thing as being a person's keeper;you make up your own mind what you want to do most of the time. if you lost your job being late so many times it is YOURS AND YOURS ALONE to be on time. no one should remind you every single day.

I agree with KITTEN ON A RIBBON, you are responsible for what your brain tell you to do. Its a shame that so many of us will act in a petty and selfish manner toward those who bear us no ill will. RIGHT KITTEN?
