i have bt to it was slow christmas eve but it's ok today it may be because every one is on the net at the same time

I'm BT and all is fine. Maybe you have addware etc? I got 'Registery Mechanic' last year. Now it's great. Call BT helpline and speak to someone.

Uploading anything to the web or a p2p file sharing program can decrease your bandwidth by half or more depending how much is being uploaded at the same time.

no but i think you have to much things on your computer try freeing some space and then if that don't work try contacting the company that gave it to you
