No. Guinness records don't include every human activity ( they couldn't possibly). In particular, I think a few years ago they announced that they would no longer recognize any new records for consuming food. It'll have to be enough that you know within yourself nobody has eaten more Twiglets than you.
By the way, what IS a Twiglet?
