How do I gain internet access on a separate windows XP account?

I can't access the internet on my new windows XP account. We have Verizon yahoo! for Broadband. It is installed on the "family" account, but I recently added a personal account for myself, but I can't access the internet from it... I have to log back onto the family account to get to it. Is there a way to move the program to my account as well?

u created the account on the same computer? than u should be able to get the internet access to the another account. let me know if u need more help
