This email says welcome to the begining of your full sail education, and it gave me a student number and a pin number. Does this mean i got accepted, because I didnt get anything in the mail yet...

Call their Admissions Department to find out for sure. Usually, an acceptance package comes with a lot of paperwork, but the info they sent you sounds promising.

Did you apply to this college? What is this college? Until you pay your tuition you have not accepted their acceptance. Do NOT send money unless its a legitimate college that you applied to and you know about.
