i have a Siemens router...&& i have 2 macbook laptops && one HP laptop...&& the desktop is HP pavilion

When I was having trouble setting up my wireless network it was my security software that was blocking it to be able to connect. Try disabling your security for a few minutes. Also you might have to set up the router by using internet explorer. I had to because I had a WEP code setup and did not know what it was. You should be able to call the router manufacturer for derections on how to do this.

That will be a little bit hard without any information on what hardware or wireless equipment you have.. so maybe you can fill in the blanks with regards to what hardware it is, make and model info etc.

Then we can go from there.

Model numbers of wireless access point or combination AP and router.
