I'm not sure how long a basketball match last, or what a tournament consist of. can you help.

It would all depend on how many teams are involved in the tournament, what age level you are playing at (in regards to the time frame of the game), and how many brackets there are.
It's hard to determine without knowing all of that.

Assuming you mean in the NBA rather than the British League. 82 games during regular season lasting 12 minute quarters. Then you have a best of seven knockout tournament starting with the top 8 teams from both the Eastern and Western Conferences then the winners of the East and West play another best of seven for the title NBA Champs.

drink emergen-c!!!! its the most ideal power fizzing drink for any recreation. If i used it for wrestling practices and that i had power, than seem out in basketball, you wont end, and then prolly a protein bar, or maybe only a sweet bar, its not gonna damage you to devour somewhat. Even a chew of pizza between video games wont damage. Its basketball were speaking about right here. It wont extremely count number.
