This cheat works in multiplayer!!
Find this file:
My Documents>
Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data>
network.ini
Add this line:
StartingCash = 9999999
Save it then enjoy the unlimited money!!

All cheats are disabled in multiplayer.
