this would be a good time for you to learn how to stand on your own 2 feet instead of relying on someone else to make things better for you. you are all you have.. that's the one constant in life. people will go in and out of your world throughout your life, so in the end it's all you. being independent is one of the most important things in life. you'll be fine sweetie.. just hang in there and you'll get it. :-)

Be grateful for the time spent together, let her know how much she means to you. and of she is not going too far away, then you 2 can still see each other. But try not to be so dependent on her, you need to work on your own maturity. Soon some one will need you to be the kind of friend you're "loosing". Some one will need your help, and then it will be time to repay what you received from your friend. "Pay it forward".
God Bless you.

stay friends. My best mate sounds simler to urs, she was the ONLY one who stuck up for me at school and staied with me through thick and thin. I was sooooo upset when she moved house and school.
but 8 years later, we're still best mates even though i live in france and she lives in cornwall in england.
Just make sure you stay in touch, letters, msn, txt messages, heck you can even meet up ever weekend or so to sleep over. If she really is your best mate, she wont loose contact, trust me :)

You will have to make your self strong, build self confidence, sometimes nice people come in our lives to make us realize that we are part of everything. Life is this, and so many good people come and go, you need to look forward. Face challenges alone...it happens in everyones lives.
