How do you turn on the Radica 20Q game?

There are batteries in it, and they're brand new.
No "on" button.
I played two games, looked down, and it had blank screen.
Hitting reset used to make a weird sound & turn on & turn off, but now it doesn't do anything.

Yes button. Although i wished they had a on/off button too. ^_^
