Liver-birds are girls that come from or live in Liverpool England. In the 1970`s there was a TV sit-com of that name. I`m sorry I can`t name the song/music.

It was written by Mike McGear ( who alongside John Gorman and Roger McGough made up the comedy/singing group The Scaffold). The only lyrics I can remember are

Liver Birds will come and get yer
Singing Eeh Aye Addio.

and there was some spoken dialogue at the end
" You dancin'?"
"You askin'?"
" Im askin'"
" I'm dancin'"

By the by McGear's real name was Mike McCartney - brother of some bass-playing, one-legged-model-divorcing pop star of some note.
