No you cannot get pregnant if you don't have sex. Unless there is semen involved you can't get pregnant. Unless you tampon is saturated with live sperm then you can't get pregnant by a tampon. Please go to your parents or a trusted teacher and let them know that you are greatly confused about that facts of life and you really need some help figuring it out. And no you can't lose your virginity by using a tampon either.

There is no way you could get pregnant from having a tampon in and you will be a virgin until you actually have sex with someone if you are worried about losing your virginity to a tampon. However, you don't have to actually have sex with someone to get pregnant. There are VERY SMALL chances that you could by dry humping and other things of that nature that would bring you into contact with semen from a male. But if you are 14 and don't know about these things I suggest you take a health education class or talk to someone like your mother or another trusted adult to sort through all those things. Best bet on staying safe is abstinence or else getting on birth control, using a condom, etc every time you have sex!

I've never heard of getting pregnant by keeping a tampon in too long. I know you can get pregnant if you have sex after a period because that's how I got pregnant with my son. To my knowledge the only way I know you can get pregnant is from having sex. Trying looking on websites to find out more about pregnancy or asking a school nurse or going somewhere like Planned Parenthood.

No you cant get pregnant or lose your virginity. Both require sexual activity. Any time and i mean any time you have sex you are taking a chance that you could get pregnant. Any position you use you can get pregnant. You can get pregnant the first time, if swimming or bathing, if standing up. Any way it is possible to get pregnant. Best to not have sex yet at your age but if you do use a condom everytime. Better yet get on the pill if you cant restrain yourself. Also dont leave those tampons in too long without changing as you can get an infection.

You can't get pregnant from a tampon. Nor can you lose your virginity from a tampon. They aren't big enough. You can however become really ill if you leave the tampon in there too long.
The only way for you to become pregnant is for a sperm to meet your egg. If you are having sex, I hope not at 14, then use a condom because all it takes is one sperm.
If you are worried about being pregnant, please see the school counselor, they can help you by answering questions and making sure you talk to the right people to get your answers from.

As well as nature teach us, any new life ONLY comes thro the meeting of the male seed and the female ovule. A girl alone, even if masturbating continuosly, never will be able to get pregnant with no sperm presence! About the virginity, generally the tampons aren't so big to break hymen. Sometimes they only can rive a little bit it. On the contrary, the penetration of greater tools as like as vibrators during the masturbation brought away the virginity.

No, honey, you cannot get pregnant or lose your virginity from tampons.
You get pregnant from having a boy's semen inside your vagina at the right time of the month - approximately 14 days after your last period ended.
Stay safe by respecting yourself enough to say "no". Our sex powers are just that. Powers. They can dominate us, dominate another person, be used as a weapon, be used to degrade us or another person. Do not enter this world lightly. Sex is a gift from God and is not to be disparaged nor used lightly.
I'm glad you were smart enough to seek the answers to your questions. You sound like a smart girl. Good Luck to you...

Seriously?
You cannot get pregnant from a tampon, not matter how long you leave it in. You may break your hymen by using a tampon, but that doesn't mean you lost your virginity.
You get pregnant through sex or artificifical insemination.
(This is the problem with abstinence-only education. Kids think things like this because we aren't telling them about sex.)

No ma'am. You can not get pregnant, or lose your virginity by having a tampon in too long. You can however be at higher risk for Toxic Shock Syndrome, which I hear is no joke. You can only get pregnant by having sex. Maybe you should try a sex education class in school.

Ok if you're 14 someone should have had that talk with you already. If you have sex there's a chance you can get pregnant if you don't there is no chance. Tampons don't contain sperm and can impregnate you. If they could there would be a lot more pregnant women and girls out there. Please ask your mother to discuss reproduction with you.
