It's an alien creature connected to his brain. It's a strangely symbiotic relationship. The creature nourishes on his excess of negative energy, but provides Trump with an excess of 'moxie' :-D

People have told him about it for years. There was even in interview when he was married to Ivanna, why she didn't take him to a stylist? She said he claims it would be unlucky for him to change it. Apparently The Don is superstitious and feels if he loses or changes his hair he will lose his wealth.
