Eddie Murphy or Usher. Eddie Murphy can sing and dance and after seeing Dreamgirls his character was a cross between James Brown and Little Richard and he did James Brown on Saturday Night Live. Usher will be great he already did a song and dance and with James Brown at an awards show.

Eddie Murphy of course! Sure, he did great James Brown impersonation on SNL, but that was when Murphy was young and a new and aspiring comic. But now, he's gotten older and more serious about some of his roles, and he would once again, be great as an older, serious, yet energetic James Brown.

Kobe will hear to Mike Brown in maximum circumstances although he will take fee some situations. Kobe is greater disciplined then LeBron, he needs to win, plus he isn't the unguardable Kobe anymore so he won't be getting any particular scientific care like LeBron. Mike will call out Kobe if he does some thing incorrect and Kobe would be purely advantageous with it.

I can't think of any famous actor that could do it well, they probably would need an unknown actor. But just not Jamie Fox. I read that he might even play Bob Marley in a movie. Ain't' that a trip!
