Everbody that is married feels the same way, whethr they admit it or not. I'm not saying everyone will go out and do something stupid, but if you are married, chances are you are bored and always ready for excitement. BTW, the happily married spouse are the most boring, because usually the happily married spouse believes they have no room for improvement and don't try to do anything to make the marriage exciting. Why? Because they are happily married. I'll drink to that to. Tangueray martini extra dry please.

I am not really bored with the marriage per say (more with myself) but I am miserable as hell. I want it to work out with him but I don't know how to make it happen. Sometimes I think it just ain't meant to be. But the way I felt about him when I married him lets me know that it is. I hope that I can get those feelings back.

You are damn right I could use some excitment!! Not only that, but how about a little attention? I could not tell you the last time my wife actually let me get close to her or cuddle up. As for the type of excitment, I am not sure. What does one do for excitment?

Why don't you spice up your marriage a bit, start going out on picnic luches on the weekend, cook your husband a nice unexpected dinner sometimes when he not supecting it, buy some sexy underwear and start taking showers together and last but not least, start having sex in some odd exotic places, like in the car, on the car hood, in the park or even in the back yard under a tree. Just do anything to keep your marriage together, I bet if you do those things, your husband will start coming home everyday in a happy mood.

I am bored, but not unhappy. I am always looking for excitement and adventure. I would call it a rut of boredom that I am in, and will drink to an escape.

I don't understand why you're asking for questions from the lonely, you're in a marriage with someone you vowed to, if anything has changed I believe you should either seperate/divorce or bring some heat into the bedroom. (:

Not in a relationship, and the question you posed is exactly the reason why. Why be in a relationship, and not be happy? As my mother would say, do whatever "blows your skirt up".
