I am assuming when you say "like" you mean you have an attraction to him. I would say that your family probably wouldn't approve. If it is simply that you like him in an innocent sense then I see nothing wrong with it. It is normal to like your family as long as you aren't having an affair with anyone or developing romantic feelings for a family member. Afterall he is married to your aunt right?

Of course you can like your uncle! I love my cousins and they are adopted. Just because he isn't blood related doesn't make him any less of a family member. He's always been and always will be your uncle.

Yep. Because if you didn't think so...you wouldn't be asking this question. If he is your uncle..he is family. Blood or no blood...it just sounds wrong!
