1) If someone is found Innocent, undisputed not guilty has do you return his manhood?
2) If someone is sent to jail for a pity offense, should they warrant being castrated?
3) If someone is found guilty of a crime such as not paying some parking tickets and was sentenced for a year in jail but a very strict judge, must they now loose their manly hood?

How would women be dealt fair and equal treatment?

You do realize that castration does stop men from having erections. It would prevent them from making babies, but castrated men (have it heals) function just the same. There have been points in history where castration was very popular for young boy singers (to keep their voices high), and as castrated adults, they were well documented in enjoying life- sexytime- just like every body else.

Even Muslims aren't that crazy. What if a man did ten days for driving with a suspended license? Don't you think castration would be a bit harsh? Also, what do you think they should do to ALL women? Something equally horrible? You have mental problems. I'd hate to be locked up in YOUR jail!

I'm against castration. Full stop. To say that all male prisoners should be castrated is ridiculous, as the offences for which they are imprisoned for obviously vary dramatically, and many could actually be innocent.

I'm interested on what punishment you think all female prisoners should endure? Circumcision?

Girl. You have problems but the question has merit.

If a man has been found guilty (100%, beyond a shadow of doubt or confesses and it can be proved he confesed because he commited a specific crime and not out of guilt for something else) Then Yes, he should be casterated.
BUT
The list of crimes this should apply to should be limited to child abuse, rape or anything else in which the "offending member" was used.
I also think that if a man has been convicted of rape then he should be forced to go through SRS and see how the other half lives.

Woman who have children and do not care for them should be fixed jusy like you would a cat or dog and if the possibility exist for them to suffer a fitting form of punishment then those women who commit rape (more than likely it would have to be statutory as most of us wouldn't be able to rape a full grown man and most men wouldn't fight too hard either) should suffer just as men who committed the offense.
What good for the goose is good for the gander, and vice a versa a.

Well I think a woman that has an abortion should have a hysterectomy. And maybe women that get a speeding ticket should have their feet removed so they can not drive again. Maybe women that shoplift should have their hands cut off. Or If they evesdrop they should have ears removed (Lets be honest, the only time a woman listens is when she is evesdropping anyway...ha) I am just showing how stupid of an idea this is. For sexual crimes, maybe. But for all men in jail? That is just an ignorant idea and thing to say.

No they should not. Let us say for the sake of argument you are talking about rapist, molesters and child murdures. Here is a fact to hang on your bonnet. There is nothing as low in the joint as a convicted molester or child killer. They are usually the ones who get the crap kicked out of them and or killed. In Wisconsin we had this guy named Jerry Turner who raped, molested and killed this littel girl named Lisa French. He was under constant guard, for obvious reasons and because those guys would've knocked the crap right out if him. I believe Jeffrey Dahmer may have been killed in the joint, not sure, by his fellow inmates. What I am saying for the majority of those guys there is nothing better than a child. I know I heard the talk as I used to date them.

Depends on what they are in there for.

Many times men and women are sent to prison and they aren't guilty. How would you feel if you were sent to jail and didn't do it... but they cut off your hand? or something else?
