Dennis Green has to be the first to go, there is too much talent on Arizona for them to be under .500 in a very weak NFC. Same goes for Tom Coughlin, who has lost control of his team. Jim Mora has done well in Atlanta, he just had a tough year. There is no evidence that his controversial radio comments were anything more than an ill-timed joke. It's probably also time for Art Shell, and although Romeo Crennel deserves one more year his seat is VERY hot.

Art Shell by far. I don't think Tom Coughlin needs to go just yet. I really liked Tiki Barber and thought he did a great job as a team leader until he announced his retirement, then he became outspoken to a point he was detrimental to his team. Once he is gone, Coughlin should be given one more year to try to get his team on track.

It hurts to say this because I respect him a lot, but Art Shell needs to move on, at least for the sake of his credentials. Big Al will never stay out of the way for any coach to succeed with the Raiders.

Since I'm from here and I've seen firsthand how awful the team is, I have to say the Detroit Lions' coach Marinelli.

Dennis Green. It's not going to happen, but he has far too much control and has too many of the wrong ideas to allow this to continue. They're spending too much money with too little results. On paper, they are way better than the titans, jets, cowboys, and eagles, but AZ is not going to the playoffs.
