I do not think that masturbation can change ur menstrual cycle. it has not happened to me when i have... but i am not sure totaly.

What logic do you believe that might change your biological clock? Most all people masturbate at some time. Only really religious zealots MAY abstain but I don't believe any who says never. As for harm using toys that can scratch or cut or are unclean and using too much force.

The only ill effect of masturbation is guilt.
Guilt causes stress.
Masturbatory stress often is caused by religious teachings.
Stress can upset your life balance.
everyone does it.
Don't feel guilty.
I'm sure your god would prefer you to enjoy the sensitive, pleasurable parts that he gave you.
They must be there for a reason.
