First, obviously, you need a DVD drive on your computer.

Second, use anyDVD from slysoft to remove copy protection.
Third, use CloneDVD, also from slysoft, to copy the DVD onto you computer, It will also install a virtual drive to play it from.

Please remember t his is only legal to backup DVD's you have purchased

go into my computer right click the dvdrom drive that has the dvd loaded in it and click explore.. select all the folders/files in the dvd and paste it into a folder on your hard drive..

insert the cd and go to media player. options on the top bar will say rip, burn, etc. click rip.
