Yes you can get 2 males and a female.

I hope you have at least a 30 gallon tank for all of these fish. Anything smaller and it will be over stocked.

It depends on the size of the tank. In my experience, gouramis are pretty placid. BUT (let's not forget they are cousins of bettas ;)) they do need a certain amount of territory to be comfortable and not fight.
Given the guppies and the tetras, if you have a 30 gallon tank, I think you could go with 2 males, 1 female dwarf gourami.
If your tank is smaller than 30 gallons, go with one male, one female.
If your tank is smaller than 20 gallons, get ONE male.
If your tank is smaller than 15 gallons, you don't have room for any additional fish.

You can help keep aggression down by getting more than one type of dwarf gouramis. There are reds, powder blue, neon reds; get one of each or something ;)

The dwarfs won't bother the rest of your fish, but the males will fight. I would go with a male female pair.
