Kevin Campbell (Arsenal, Everton and Middlesbrough) has never played for England, but he has scored a hat-trick for all these teams - Arsenal, Everton and Middlesbrough.

don't know but...
that little welsh dude in west brom robbie ...... is the only person to have scored in d premiership, d championship & div 2!
