My wife is pregrant with our first child if he have a boy we can't agree on a name. she says that she love SHANE I however i feel nothing for the name. I think Cyrus is nice she alway though so til she found shane. what do u think

This is the first disagreement of many disagreements you will have raising a child together. Try coming to a compromise...you will need to compromise many times in the next several years. You could wait to see what your baby looks like: does he look like a Shane or Cyrus?

Yes I like the name Shane. There is nothing wrong with Cyrus either.

I once new a boy named "Shane Walker" in my old projects in Harlem that was kidnapped in 1987 when he was like 6 or 7. He was never heard from again and to this day I see his picture on the missing and exploded children's network. By now, Shane is probably dead. Beside that Shane is a cool name but Cyrus sounds like and old man like Henry, Clarence or something.

Shane is a wonderful name. You should find it's meaning and decide from there. Names are so hard! I know am doing the same but with a girl. And hey.. How about using both names? One for the first and one for the middle?

It's a good name for a manchild. When I see all the gay names people are naming their boys these days, Shane is a vote for sanity. (no offense intended for homosexuals....you know what I mean!)

that's a good name.my friend's name is shane. he is a very cool person when out of the public eye. he is rude infront of others. he is also mixed with irish and black.
