Batch file is a simple text file with batch commands. You can create it with any text editor. Batch files can be converted to EXE format using compilers like http://www.battoexe.com
By the way, this compiler have a nice help file with detailed descriptions of all batch commands.

open up notepad, put in the commands and save it as a .bat file..
