Yes. There are new products on the market that have 'plumping' ingrediants. Here's how the good ones work: They put a skin irritant to a (usually) glossy formula of lip gloss-the gloss also helps add to the illusion of plumpness, but a good product won't just stop there-and the surface of your lips will actually swell when it comes in contact with the irritant. Don't worry about the side affects of this, it is totally safe and will usually only last a few hours. I got one from Sally's Beauty Supply and it really works and I wasn't even looking for a plumper, just color. I kept thinking, man, this color makes my lips look huge. Then I actually read the lable and realized I had gotten a lip plumper.

Although these products won't work as well as injections or anything like that, they DO still work. The products out there are always changing and getting better, so what wasn't possible a year or even a few months ago now is!

Just rub some olive oil over them. It works fine.
Most cosmetics contain chemicals and some ingredients will even speed up aging! That's why I recommend olive oil. Splash some water on your face first, let it dry a bit, then rub the olive oil wherever you need a little plumping. It's the best treatment for lips and works well under the eyes, too.

Applying chilli peppers on the lips is the natural way, but not recommended. Try Lip venom at Sephora.

Use a white highlighting shimmery pencil and line around your lips. What that will do is catch light and give the illusion of larger lips.

Whop the lower circumference of your face against a wall about twenty times. Besides getting a nice swelling, your lips might also turn color, most probably bluish or purple.

Actually nothing else. Some say that with a white eyeliner you can create a lip line and that way your lips will look fuller, but I have not tried it.
