Needs to be eliminated and replaced with a 16-team playoff. Champions of 8 conferences (ACC, Big East, Big Ten, Big XII, CUSA, MWC, Pac Ten, SEC) and 8 at-large teams.

Not much. A broken system. A playoff needs to be formed. 16 teams maximum.

it stinks! a playoff system is needed, maybe the top 8 teams. the ball games could still be played, perhaps they could be some of the playoff games!

Its better than the old system where the championship line up was based on the polls, but its still not perfect.

i think is crap!!! it is based on computers and peoples opinons.......and you end up with tons of bowl games and tons of champions.....not my style...hate it really
