I was worried when I was pregnant because I had not gained any weight til about 5 months. I gained about 11 pounds til I was about 7 months pregnant. The baby was fine throughout my pregnancy even though I was measuring small and not gaining weight. Trust me you will start to gain in your third trimester, and when it starts you gain quick. I ended up gaining a total of 24 pounds and put most of it on my 8th and 9th month. I was also wearing my regular clothes til about 6 months and even then it was not because of my tummy but because of my hips. Please don't worry and don't feel guilty like your not feeding your baby enough. You are and your baby will be fine. Oh and I never had a lick of morning sickness. Count yourself lucky my sister has it and it seems terrible.

I didn't start to show until I was about 18 weeks or so, and I was pregnant w/ twins! I lost 10 lbs in my first trimester, but had gained a little bit back by the time I was 18 weeks. I wasn't *quite* able to fit in my regular pants, though.
If this is your first child, it's not unusual to not really start showing until you're farther along. It could also be your body size--I have a friend who is 5'10" and doesn't really show until she's over halfway through b/c of her height. I, on the other hand, am 5'1", so towards the end of my first (and so far only) pregnancy I looked as wide as I was tall!
So don't be too stressed out if you don't *look* pregnant just yet! If your doctor thought there was a problem w/ your weight I think s/he would've mentioned it. Just keep eating healthy and obeying the doc's orders and you and baby will be just fine :)

I'm the EXACT same way. You're about 4 months, right? I hadn't gained a SINGLE POUND by then. I'm now 5 months and in the last month just started gaining.
I never had morning sickness either and have never really gotten tired or anything.
Trust your doctor.... its okay to not gain obsene amounts of weight. They used to tell women to only gain 15 pounds TOTAL.

I was worried cuz i went through the same thing....but you'll find in a few more weeks that it will seem like you blew up over night. Some women stay flat until around 6 or 61/2 months and then just all a sudden blow up. Don't worry, if your doc says your fine and the baby is fine, then just be patient.

Some women dont show until theyre well into their third trimester.
It doesnt mean a poorly forming baby, or a healthy issue. It just means you have more internal space in your anatomy than other people.
I looked like a hooker with a beer gut at 18 weeks. It wasnt until well into my 6th month that I looked obviously pregnant. I gained 15 pounds between 16-20 weeks though.

At 18 weeks I wasn't showing at all. Don't rush it its not all that great as you'd think it would be. I hate it. My skin itches and if I scratch it burns. Its yuck. But anyways at 18 weeks I had gained like 12 pounds. But still I wasn't showing either. Not even a little bit. I didn't start showing until like the 5th month...I a now 7 months and I get told I am so small. I love it. Becuz I hate one hooch at the Medicaid office tell me I looked like I was ready to burst. I wanted to punch her in the face.

Very normal. I gained 3 pounds around that time, and some of my friends lost weight then. We all have very healthy babies. I never had any morning sickness either. It's a bless.

I've only gained 5 pounds, but I'm showing like crazy and my prepregnancy pants haven't fit since like 10 weeks.♥ If your doc isn't worried then you are just fine. Relax and enjoy cause soon enough you're gonna be so big you're gonna wish you weren't showing.♥

Everyone is different dear. I had gained 47lbs my whole pregnancy on my 1st, 77lbs on my second, 33lbs on my third.
Just because your not showing now, don't panic. You don't want to gain that much weight pregnant. 30-35lbs is the most you want to gain. If the baby is doing good... Don't worry about it.. Your just one of the lucky one's that can handle pregnancy very well!! I wish I could of been one of them..lol! Just sit back and enjoy your pregnancy. Take you prenatal vitamins, eat healthy and exercise lightly. You should do just fine!!
Good luck and Congrats!!
