i would think it would depend on the person going to wear it and their coloring and etc. i hardly ever wear blue myself, but people with blue eyes, especially guys, look great in it. I would choose the red for me.

I love the color red, but unfortunately it is to harsh a color on me. I have more blue shirts because blue looks good with my complexion (extremely fair) and it brings out my eyes.

i prefer red as a color of a shirt but it depends on the color blue of the shirt then i might reconsider

Depends on the person! I like red because it is bold, but I like blue because it's a calming color. If red is one of your colors, then go for it! Why not??

Blue, but red is nice too. Depends on your taste. I have some red tops, sweaters, etc. They are just not really bright. Red can be nice in accessories: shoes, bags, earrings. Lipstick!
