I like watching animes that are romantic & funny. I've already watch kodocha, mermaid melody , love hina, card capture sakura, daa!daa!daa! , naruto and fruits basket and onegai twins

Since you like romantic and funny anime i can think of a few shows that perhaps you would like.
The first that comes to mind is Fushigi Yuugi (Mysterious Play) which is probably one of the really good shows with a good mix of romance, comedy, drama, action. And is long enough to be able to enjoy the good storyline , characters and relationships.
Peach Girl, which someone suggested, which is all about relationships and has a bit of comedy.
Another one I would reccomend would be Aishiteruze Baby (I love baby). Which is another romantic show with a bit of comedy and has a cute child in the story since you liked Kodocha that might appeal to you as well.
Fullmoon wo Sagashite is another good romantic show that also deals with a younger cast, but has a good bit of comedy as well.
NANA would also be a nice one to try, although it deals more on the seriouse side then comedy, it's got romance and a hint of comedy.
If you liked mermaid melody then you could also try Tokyo Mew Mew which is a little similar or Nanoha anime which are magical girl shows with some romance.
These are just a few that I thought of at the moment but are good enough shows to try and if you end up enjoying them some others you may like to try include Bleach, AIR, Midori no Hibi (Midori's days), Mahou Sensei Negima, Escaflowne.

Well, Dnangel,it's not similar to Kodocha,but it has romance ^-^.It's about a boy, Daisuke Niwa that on his 14th birthday turns into the legendary thief, Dark Mousy, because of a family curse. Anyways, he turns into Dark when he sees/reminds of/thinks of the girl he likes. In this case it's Risa ,a school collegue.And Risa has a twin sister (they don't look alike), and...and...and you'll see.^-^

try peach girl (completely addicting), Noir (neither romantic or funny but all around great), Excel saga (more on the funny side), and also you may want to try Teacher onegai!

You got to watch I My Me! Strawberry Eggs its a funny romantic anime you should realy watch it dont ask me where to get it but its out there im sure
