No sounds like some men.... Get into a relationship in a rebound and regrets it later on when he does find what he wants...
First thing would be to try to work it out with the virgo as most scorps won't abandon a mate until they know it's over and done.... Maybe finding out what he found in the first place.
Only after all fails then go after the Pisces, as there is no guarantee that she will not be the best for him either but about the best so far.
I'm a scorp, and seen scorps do the same things over and over again with trying to patch it up before calling it quits.

We should not believe in horoscopes. It is not good.
But scorpio men, are known to be having two to three affairs.
( a few whom I know). They attract women, though they dont take the responsibilities.
May be other men too ! cant say !

Sounds to me that this person needs some thearpy. Marriage counseling would do him and his wife, as I take she still is his legal wife, some good. And if you are the other woman, what makes you soooooo sure that he won't do you the same way when he gets bored of you?
