I graduated a year ago from clinical psychology. I've been looking for a job, and had not been able to find anything in my field. I know what going back to school is a most, but i need to be able to afford school. I don't know where to look for a job to jump start my career. Which are my choices?? Help!

Hospitals and Universities.
You can get a sub-counseling job with a University and get tuition assistance.

My psy. professors have told me a ba. in psy doesn't do much good. One needs a masters to use the degree for what it is intended for.

How about working as a reciepent rights officer. This is a person who protects the rights of people who suffer from mental disorders. Go to community mental health they can point you in the right direction.

You could also work as a social worker at human resource building. (welfare.) I know this isn't what you want to use the degree for but they will hire you just becuase you have a college education. While working you can go to school and get that masters.

I think you can also work in the prison system. Ofcourse you would be working under a person with more education. Great learning experience.

School counselor? I am not sure on this one but it seems the requirement is a bach.

Hope this helps some

I heard it on a thanks to a tee ball recreation at the same time as i replaced into 7 years previous, and under no circumstances appeared decrease back. very last music got here across? probably Lily of The Valley. I continually basically kind of omitted that music, yet Poppy's been raving about it so I listened to it some circumstances and positioned it to be extremely magnificent. that is ourselves....lower than pressure!
