i need help with my explorer ....pls help?

why doesnt my content advisor filter out websites even after enabling it...??

I note IE7 has changed things a bit from IE6.
I went to Tools, Internet Options, Content, Enable.
Here, click the Ratings tab.
I have the slider set to 0 for all.

So far I haven't had any problem.
