www.pokemoncenter.com has several plushies you can buy. For stores...I know the Pokemon Center in New York, but I haven't seen one in a reatail store in years. Walmart, Kmart and Target used to have entire sections but they're long gone. Your best bet is through Pokemon Center online.

best to tell you is to check the mall in orlando and in daytona beach florida that is where i got my anime sailor moon action figur and my pikachu plushy from pokemon.
