Try looking up Yeast Arrest. It's boric acid and it comes with instructions. You should take them with your period since yeast is more active during those times.
You will need to use panty liners and try eliminating sugar from your diet while you use them. Sugar feed yeast and lowers your immune system. Good luck.

It is poisonous if taken internally or inhaled, although it is generally not considered to be much more toxic than table salt. Boric acid can be used to treat yeast and fungal infections such as candidiasis (vaginal yeast infections) by filling gelcaps with boric acid powder and inserting two into the vaginal canal at bedtime for three to four nights in a row.

Why would you want to use that? Just get some over the counter yeast infection cream and... gone in 7 days! Monistat works great and safe to use even while pregnant. With this at least you know for sure how long to use it and the safety of the medication. Also decrease your sugar intake and eat plain yogurt. That should also help.

If all else fails go to the doctor and get some Diflucan it's an oral pill you only take once and works great!!
