I've been getting banned from many chat rooms over stupid things. I want to ban people from chat rooms, is there some type of program? I heard of one before

Well first off, you need to be the chat server owner or administrator, in order to override the server. if you arent the server owner or admin, you would need to contact the admin and/or owner.

Have you considered why you keep getting banned, and perhaps considered changing how and what you post?
I'm sure you can find a program to get some sort of revenge in the chat rooms, but odds are any good sys admin has protections in place... and eventually the sys admin complaints to your ISP will end up with your service being terminated...
Just something to think about.
