Nil. There are no women in politics right now who could do the job well, and too many people would not vote for any woman regardless of her resume.

I've heard from a lot of liberal friends - "If Hillary runs, I guess I won't vote at all."

The first female President will be a Republican. The liberals claim that they are blind when it comes to race, religion, sex, etc., but the conservatives are the ones who elect and appoint minorities to the highest positions in politics.

The chances are very good if one of President Bush's colleagues is running against her,,,chances are very bad if a real leader with the strength of a real man runs against her. Rest assured, any woman would have done a better job than President Bush which leaves the door wide open for the next election. My concern is: it seems woman will believe lies before they believe the truth; but on the flip side if a woman lies...most men follow like puppy dogs which could present an even bigger problem. Thus if President Bush was a woman he/she would now have a 90% approval rating. Your question unfortunately leads me to: "What are the chances of a man or woman President who can fix these heinous tragedies in America that have degraded the entire world?"

Well, I don't have a problem with a women being president but here's the thing, the one that has the biggest chance, Mrs. Clinton sucks and I support democrats but she is trying to be as Bill Maher defined her "a light republican" fighting against video games and all that crap, she is nothing like her husband, she supprts the war in Irak, she is just bad. Hopefully, a nice lady will come out in the following years and will ruled the nation. I saw a poll and it seems the democrat with the biggest chance is Al Gore, I hope he runs and gets "re-elected".

Thankfully none this time. Though I relish the idea of offering the opportunity to all Americans, Hill is not a good choice. That some would vote for her just because she is a woman is insane. I challenge anyone to name one thing she has accomplished. Presidents are supposed to get things done and they need to be able to prove it before they run for that office. I don't hate Hillary but she shows nothing in the way of doing. Sure she has an ideology but that doesn't convince me that she could move anything forward. Look at her record not her rhetoric.

Very good. The liberals, while denying their evil plans, are planning a political coup on our President and Commander in Chief George W. Bush and Lieutenant Commander in Chief and Vice President Dick Cheney - AKA Impeachment. This would make Nancy Pelosi the first female President of the United States of America. Our Commander in Chief, President George W. Bush will not surrender to a constitutional transfer of power however!

I more than welcome one, if they are qualified. I think the majority of US citizens would think the same way. The problem is, like fozzie said, there is nobody REALLY qualified right now. Hillary is a joke. Condi has no real experience as a represenative, even though she may be the best one for the job out of the ones being talked about right now.

My best guess would be we could see on in 2012 or beyond, but I doubt in 2008.

Please dont let that happen!!!!! we would have rainbows as far as the eyes can see, and not to mention no more military. Im a female and i dont want a female president. Men are superior, get over it. If you want equal rights then you should also be drafted if we have a draft, and everything that goes along with being an equal. there are clearly diffrences. Stop trying to be equal. If you want to be equal, then you should be expected to work just as hard as a man, and just as fast, but you cant, its physically impossible, so YOUR NOT EQUAL.

If it's Hillary, they're very good, unless of course, the election is stolen again. For those who say she's not accomplished: Why don't you google her many biographies & read about her many accomplishments before running off at the mouth? I hate people that just repeat trash without knowing what they're talking about!

Condi Rice says she is not running. Hillary Clinton is too damn liberal. A socialist, actually. So I would say the chances of a women becoming president is slim and none, and you know what happened to slim.

Since Hillary seems to be the only womwan running, I hope they are low. If Condi runs, I hope they are high. If I were a betting man, I'd say not this time.
