If you can see the hole/crack, then you could try a couple of temporary things.

Depending on how old and brittle the plastic is, we have done temporary fixes on plastic radiators by using a soldering iron and melting the plastic back together. It worked on the radiator even when it got hot and was under pressure. It should be able to work on your bottle given that the wiper fluid bottle doesn't have any real pressure on it or get warm like a radiator.

If the bottle is older and more brittle, then you could try some silicon sealant. You should try to get something like aquarium silicon from Home Depot or Lowes or some other hardware store. Follow the instructions on the tube and be generous with it. Better too much than too little. And it won't be the best looking repair, but is should get you by.

Take the tank out and empty it and dry it completely!
Your gonna have to do the repair on the outside of the tank. Go to Walmart. Go to the automotive department. Where they have additives and glues look for a tube of stuff called Seal all! It's a yellow tube.
Squeeze some out on the hole and wait for it to dry. then reinstall the tank aplug in the pump and fill. It's a permanant fix. And will cost $5.00 or less!

If the crack would not end at a setting up, drill a a million/8 inch hollow at each and every end of the crack. That'll relieve the rigidity & provide up the crack from getting longer. Then use good 'ol JB weld. A used , or after industry, tank may well be an more advantageous restoration.

JB Weld products are THE BEST! Just follow the instructions like your life depended on it. I've used they're products to repair every kind of leak i've encountered on every kind of material ever made with total (and permanent) satisfaction.
