This is going to sound crazy, but there is a product that will work and it is cheap. You can get it at any drug store. It is called Preparation H. Don't laugh. Think about it. If it will work on one end of your body, why not the other end. It has been available for years, but people just don't know how well it works.
I don't have that problem on either end, but I read about it in some healthy hint email on the net.
Just rub a little dab on the sacks under your eyes and rub it in and in a few days the sacks are gone.

I don't know how well it works, but Avon has a product that will be coming out soon (it's not out yet) that is supposed to help with that.

hmm, well you could try getting enough sleep for a while, or use some cover-up makeup
