There is none. The buyer will always want to get the lowest price possible. In order to get the product to the buyer at the lowest price possible, but still be able to earn a profit, the seller will need to get the product at the lowest cost, whether it is a tangible asset, or a service.

Practically, the difference lies mainly in how much stuff besides labor goes into making the good or service. Building automobiles, for instance, requires a lot of sophisticated equipment and heavy machinery, and whether that stuff resides in your country or in a different country can make a big difference.
A call center, on the other hand, requires very little equipment by comparison, so placing one in Country A vs. Country B doesn't really change the value of the service much, assuming you pay the same for labor in both countries.
Economists discuss this as the "labor-capital ratio". The relationship between capital and labor and the effects on international trade was the subject of the 1977 Nobel Prize for Economics.

Yay, stirring up some controversy. That's the hip-hop way. Lol Just kidding. Umm technically speaking, there's a two-letter difference. But seriously, think about this. A black guy goes up to his white friend and says, "What's up my n*gga?". The white guy responds, "Chillin". What you're saying is that the black guy said the white guy was a n*gger...(and that's incorrect) So in a way, the word has evolved past it's slang version of the word n*gger and has now been used as a noun for a person, regardless of race. There will always be people who don't like the word being used but it's been proliferated to the point that you can't do much about it. And just remember this, I didn't change the meaning of the word, society did. How many songs(particularly rap songs) have used the word?
