to me, art takes work and skill...not necessarilly trained skill, but throwing paint on paper or just welding metals together in any which direction is not art. art takes thought. Some people say that art is something that provokes thought in which yes everything is art but to me art takes thought.
ARt takes time and practice art doesn't just come to anyone paint on a paper metal in the street its not art.
If everything was art than a picnic table would be art, or a computer would be art. sure things can be beautiful but a rotten fence??? a log??? its just not art

Things not designed by man: plants, animals, the sun, the sky, sunsets and sunrises, water, etc. While man may have hand a hand in organizing it, the details were still not planned out.
As to the second question: If you go to a holiday "craft" bazaar, I think you'll see a lot of things that aren't art (styrofoam snowmen, scrapbooks *shiver*, and various and sundry kitschy things).

Yes, I believe that everything is art, and that it was painted, sculptured and created by the Divine Artist, God. He is not only an artist, but an engineer, a scientist, a mathematician, a biologist and an inventor among other things and so much more.

No it is not art. It is the world/universe. It is the reality we live. Art is a representation of it.

Yes I beleive everything is art. G-d is the ultimate artist...don't beleive me. Check out sun rises or sunsets.

tree's, flowers, grass, but I don't know if you call that art.
