I missed my period this month and i took a pregnancy test with EPT and i found a plus ,but i did not check in first 10 mins.
The Next test taken on day 2 gave me a negative result.
Meanwhile i have not started my period either(it's delayed by 2 weeks) . Could i be pregnant??My gyno is on leave what should i do??

It's possible that the test was defective, and depending on when exactly you took it, it could have been too early for a definitive answer. Your best bet is to see a doctor for a blood pregnancy test at least two weeks after a missed period, as this is the most accurate way of testing. If your doctor is on leave, he/she should have a doctor covering so I would go and see that doctor.

You could be but just to be safe I would check with the gyno when he/she returns. Or you could go to a clinic and just have a test done at least you would know and then you can discuss prenatal care, or your options if you do turn out to be preggo. I have been preggo before and i found out about 3 days after my period didnt show.( I have irregular cycle so i could just tell) I took 2 tests as well and 1 was faint and the other was a little darker than the first. ( I had the 2 line kind.) So honestly i would take 2 more see those results and if they are still wierd then just take it up with a doctor. And if you are CONGRATS!!

You can definitively be pregnant. If the levels of hormone measured by the strip test are too low in your urine you might get a negative result. You should take your test early in the morning, the first urine is usually more concentrated and will give you more accurate results. Also, follow the instructions carefully.

a positive is usually right. they say you can get a negative a still be pregnant but a pos is almost always right! i dont think it matters much about the first ten minutes, they usually dont change results no matter how long you leave them layingf around ,none of mine ever have. you should take a third test do everything right and see what it says. if it says yes get to a doctor and do the blood test

the reason they tell you to check it in a certain amount of time is because after a while the results can change you should take another one.
