I do wish the British troops my undying gratitude. I am a U.S. citizen. The reason I am speaking up is that your boys in the service are seldom mentioned in our news cast..A lot of folks think that the only troops over there are Americans...Good luck to all of the troops.............

yes and iraq what a waste of peoples lives i also belive that our troops are worth supporting but its a stupid war over oil they should not be there and while i have said that i also think American troops should not be there also i am not Arabic or Muslim but i belive that every one has the right to be themselves with out intimidation that also includes Jews and Christians and every body else tangled up in this blood bath It should be stopped RIGHT NOW and talks start. As for Tony Blair being Primeminister of our lovely country was his third option as a job his first was to be a successfull Rock Star he was crap at that. His second option was to be a successfull barrister, he was crap at that. Then he got to be Prime Minister and I have repeated myself twice i shall not do it again. his sons will not go to war because they are safe out of harms way in Hollywood. So, once again as in the past we have to look to the Royal Family to set an example over this.

I wish all our brave boys and girls a Happy New Year, although I do think it would be better for everyone now if they wound up ops in Iraq and came home.

I don't think they should be there either but wish them all the luck in the world for this coming year. Most of us, I'm sure, despair when we hear of another death, the guys are all so young and we want them home ASAP!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all the allied troops and the multitude of civilians who try on our behalf to bring peace and good will to earth. Even though it is very difficult to see it is working and faith will carry us all through.
