Chop off a limb (leg, arm?) (smile.)

No, but seriously. I had lost about 50 pounds really fast (a matter of months.) a while back using SlimFast. Just like it says:

1 shake for breakfast
1 shake for lunch
and have a healthy dinner.

After about 2 weeks doing this you'll find that your stomach will shrink and you will feel like eating less automatically. The shakes give you adequate nutrition and I never felt starved.

I hope this helps.

Though not impossible, you should be careful. If I were you, I would first contact a doctor or nuitritionist. Start eating moderately and exercise. Pick exercises that burn more calories in an hour, but don't forget to eat. Without eating you won't have the energy to do normal activities, much less exercise. I wish you success but if you don't lose the weight you want, don't stress, every body is diferent and beautiful. Just be happy being you.

Cut off your head.
Oh... maybe not. It appears it may be empty and therefore weigh less.

Some swear by the "Master Cleanse" (google it)
But know you will regain most of any weight lost that quickly by about Feb 15th. AND your skin and flesh will be saggy and gross looking.
Moderation and life-style changes are all that work for real.

The best way to lose that much weight in such a short time is to do it while hospitalized. That's about 7 lbs a week, and you can't lose that much weight, that fast, without endangering your life.

Be committed to a healthy diet and excerise and be happy with the results. It's not worth your healh to try too lose too much too quickly.
