You may also want to look into the possibility for depression causing a loss of appetite, as you referred to yourself as "testing positive for pregnancy" as though a it were a disease, as well as being "knocked up," also not the best term for someone who is happy with her situation.
Do you have someone to help you and be with you for support (boyfriend, mother, best friend)? If not maybe you can talk to you doctor and find support systems in other ways.
(Sorry if I am barking up the wrong tree, but your language did seem odd, and depression should definitely be helped while preparing to care for another person who will be completely dependent on you.)

Its normal. You can lose about 10 pounds in your first trimester, just from being sick all the time. Just try to stomach a multi vitamin, or even better, your prenatal (a multi wont make you as sick). Try meal drinks like ensure.
Stay hydrated.
25ml of vitamin b6 three times a day will clear up the morning sickness for you. Worked wonders for me and everyone else i know who used it. Your doctor will probably advise you to take it anyway. It works so well.
I didnt start gaining weight until probably about 13 weeks. and i gained about... oh a pound or two. Then at 16-20 weeks i gained 15. and another 10 from 24-30. Now iam 36 weeks and ive gained maybe 1 pound since 33 weeks.
Everyone is different.

It's totally normal, and it's not going to impact your baby. I lost 10 lbs in my first trimester b/c I didn't eat as regularly as I should have been. Your OB won't likely consider it a serious problem unless you keep losing into your 2nd trimester.
I didn't regain my appetite until I was about 14-15 weeks, when I stopped feeling like eating would only result in throwing up. Until that time, just eat smaller meals throughout the day so you're at least getting SOME nutrition. Don't be afraid to "graze," just make sure it's on things like yogurt, fruit, a small salad, etc.

The fact that you're pregnant doesn't mean you're going to experience gigantic appetites and serious weight gain right away. I didn't gain weight or begin to show until I was six months...I lost 15 pounds within the first two weeks after I found I was pregnant because I literally couldn't eat anything....I couldn't stand smells.....it was horrible because I was sick for the first 5 months......I only gained 35 pounds during my pregancy, which I lost within the first 3 weeks after having the baby because 27 were lost after delivery...and before you ask, I had a 9 lb 5 oz., 21 1/2 in. baby boy.

Yes you can lose weight in the first month or so. It is normal because of sickness. The real weight starts around the start of the 2nd trimester. I only gained a pound or so in my first trimester, and ended up gaining 30lbs by the end. Just try some unsalted crackers and nothing too fatty. Drink lots of water and take a pre-natal vitamins for nutrients you are not getting

Normal. When your body is ready to get an appetite, it will. You have plenty of time to gain weight, and believe me, you will. As most doctors will say, eat quite a few tiny meals throughout the day, that usually helps in keeping things down until you're able to eat again. And many women lose weight before they gain.

This is very normal. My cousin was very ill and nausiated with her first child. She lost close to 10lbs before her 2nd trimester. Once she entered the second trimester her appetite came back and she went on to gain 30lbs and gave birth to a healthy little girl.

It's normal to have no appetite when you're nauseated. Just keep eating something, and you'll be okay. If you lose some weight you can gain it back, and then some, after you get over the nausea.
