Stay away from CashCreate, Treasure Trooper and other survey Web sites.

It is a waste of time and will cause you unhappiness.

If you choose to be suckered in and sign up to take surveys and receive, free trials considered you were warned. The minute you give them your credit card and personal information you have now opened your computer to unwanted cookies on your hard drive, annoying pop-up windows and if you are on a PC you open your computer to viruses that can wipe you out.

A lot of work to collect the "reward payments" that payout is not worth the effort over time. You will need to sign up for many types of offers, most of which require you to use a credit card. You start a week trial service with varies types of businesses or services, such as, an Internet service provider, book club, credit monitoring service, etc. to get your reward. If you don't cancel the trial, you end up being charged for the service and each service has different rules about how and when you can cancel. Very cumbersome!

Since you will need to sign up for at least a dozen offers before you get to $100 in rewards, it's very easy to forget what you have signed up for, or the problems you will have canceling in time to to be charged the full amount. The Cash Create recruiters you see here over exaggerate how much money you can earn because once you've done the high-dollar trials ($8-10 each), you are left with small rewards of a dollar or two. The survey business is not an efficient way to make money and you are more than likely to loose money in the end.

Here are three ways that are legitimate, but none are easy:

1) I picked up "How to make money in stocks" (1995) by William O'neil and "Trading for Dummies" (2004) by Griffis and Epstein. By reading and studying just these two books I have been able to start seeing a net profit in internet trading right off the bat. This is not for people with gambling-prone personalities. You have to be disciplined and follow the books to the T.

The beauty of the stock market is that you can start small (with $500 to $1000) and if you do not gamble it away, you can grow it into something tremendous.

By the way, if and when you start, you should stick to eTrade or Scottrade for discount trading.

2) Also, someone who doesn't mind hard work can start a simple website that features a blog and make money through advertising. It takes some studying just like the stock market, but it isn't as hard as you would think. Just google "pay per click", "search engine optimization", and any combination of phrases about making money with a blog, weblog or website. Study-up and come up with an area that you have expertise or experience in. Once you build a site, go to Google, Amazon and Ebay (you'll need to belong to Commision Junction for them) and learn how to put their ads on your site.

If you blog constantly about an area that many people find interesting, you get enough hits on your site to generate traffic to the advertisers, which then pays you a commission. I have to reiterate that it is hard work, but it does work for those few people who take time to learn how to do it right and stick with it.

3) I know that you said no eBay, but this is not the typical eBay item. If you have any artistic talent this could work for you. Go to eBay and search for ACEO -look under Self-Representing Artists. Then look at the completed items for that search. If you look at the types and quality of the pieces that consistently sell for $5-50 and think you have the ability to do that yourself, then it is worthwhile trying. I wouldn't recommend copying what others are doing. Rather, develop a style that suits you and try it. There are some people making a ton of money of of this.

I hope this helps

The only way to make money at your home computer is you will have to try some thing on your own, you will have to create your own website hook up with some affiliates so they can advertise for you may be you will be requested to pay a fee, but apart from that anything else will be a waste of time and money, you could come up with some little thing like perhaps costume jewellery, bathing suits , etc and again I recommend you ask some of those expert like the talk show host them and i almost sure they will not turn down your questions so i am wishing you the very best of luck.

have an online/offline retail business. We sell hundreds of products and also have many well-know partner stores including Barnes and Noble, Sony Music, Office Max, Eddie Bauer and more. The nice thing about being online is that it doesn't have the huge start-up costs of traditional business.

My website is:

www.jewel.mychoices.biz

Check it out and if you are interested in a franchise we can discuss it further. There is a link on the top of the page you can use to contact me or you may send me an email if you prefer.

Pratically all these pipedream money making schemes which you can do with your computer are bogus. Hard work, sweat, and taking calculated risks are the only way to make money.

I heard of data entry, but most of the web sites are fraud, you need to search to find a legitimate site, one that doesn't want money from you to start.
