Are those two guys really gay, or good actors?

Eric is married and always makes sure when he does a behind the scenes thing or is in an interview that he has his very shiny gold wedding ring on, and flashes it as much as possible. It makes me laugh, because we know he's not gay... But he reminds us he's straight as much as possible.
Sean never discloses his sexuality. But he seems to always play the gay character in TV/movies. So I think you get to decide for yourself...

The one who plays Will is married and has at least one child, not that that means anything these days - but I've seen him interviewed and talking about how it is to be straight playing a gay. The one who plays Jack has continued to refuse to discuss his preference in partners.

Eric McCormack (Will) is definitely NOT gay. Sean Hayes (Jack) never disclosed his sexuality in public.

The guy playing Will is Straight and married
to a Woman. The other guy, I don't know.

the guy that played the Will Truman character is not gay, in fact he is married and has a little kid i think. (not that married w/kid for sure means you aren't gay) ;)
