Cramping during pregnancy is completely normal, is just your ligaments expanding, getting prepared for the little one. Now, if the cramps begins to get worse, and is accompanied by heavy bleeding, then you need to contact your doctor. But it's okay to contact your doctor whenever you feel uncomfortable, or experience something that worries you. That's what they are there for, to take care of you, so you use that as an advantage. GOOD LUCK!

It's very normal, especially with constipation. Unfortunately constipation is very common in early pregnancy.
The only time cramps should be a problem is when the are sever and accompanied by bleeding.

It's OK to be worried about it too. That's also normal during pregnancy. Pregnancy may be "natural" but there are still a lot of strange changes taking place, and not all of them seem to be "normal."

I am 10wks and crampy all of the time with my 2nd. i'm so crampy that it stops me in my tracks and i have to sit down. I had sever cramping with my 1st not as much but just as painful. Like you said sometimes I have a bowl movement and other times nothing. take asidophilis. It will help with any constipation you may have wich may be your issue. You can get it at a health food store. i have just been dealing with it. I don't have any abnormal discharge or anything so i'm not too worried

I was crampy for about a couple months into my pregnancy. I cramped so much I assumed I was having my period but found out later I was pregnant. It is just your body adjusting. Your body is used to having a period so you may get cramping like symptoms and be totally fine. Plus all the hormones. Body is just changing. I am sure you are fine

As long as there is no bleeding, you don't have to worry. Cramping throughout pregnancy is usually your uterus expanding to accommodate the baby. I know that I had what felt like menstrual cramping for the first few weeks of my pregnancy, and periodically as the baby went through growth spurts.

Don't freak out this is normal....this is the stage where the seed is being planted in your uteran wall so there is going to be a bit of discomfort. As long as you aren't bleeding, you should be fine.
