I have 2 of'em and no pawn shop would buy them.

Offer them on eBay. If you have a car, you could offer free delivery in your area on any purchase over X dollars, or they can pick it up from you at an agreed location.

I would suggest that you meet in a public place however.

And keep in mind that 17" monitors are so cheap at the moment, you probably wont get more than $50 each for a used one. You may do better to just give them away to a local school or library, as they can always use it.
