I didn't when they sent me a violation notice for asking if anyone wanted souvenirs. I rephrased the question and it's been up for 2 days now. I asked them what specifically I did wrong and got the form letter (probably the same one you did) with the link to the guidelines.
Unless you're talking about something completely different than getting a violation notice, in which case, we need more details.

I got a violation for answering a question and then wishing someone a merry xmas. The violation was for not an answer.

Don't do it. You might just mean it as fun, but that is against the law and you can be fined heavily for filling a false report to 911
