whatever you do someone somewhere will find it unacceptable. sometimes girls get called names for being masculine the same as boys do for being feminine. i agree that boys probably get more s**t at the moment but not as much as say 10 years ago so it's getting better.
whatever people do there is the possibilty of being called names, you just gotta decide whether it's gonna bother you or not. be what you are, sod everyone else.

I know, it is very strange even i was thinking not only that but also why females can kiss and hold hands when they are walking back home or shopping but men can not do that.....
it is the society where people put rules that they want to cover up something with it....
on the other hand, when female dress and act like boys the usually do it in moderation but when men do it the do it the extreme and that gives the strange look from the others even if the female did it to the extreme people will not like it.
2 years ago it would be strange to see men with the new eye brow making thing but now it is wear id to see men with very large eye brows you would say ewww man why do not you clip that....
so whatever....let us do what ever we want and dam to the bloody society.

My answer to your question I think will not satisfy you but it has some validity nonetheless. The reason is something called "convention". That is what the majority agree on as "acceptable" or "normal". Does that make it right? No. But it makes for a prepotent force that the individual who differs from what is "acceptable" must confront and somehow in his/her own life resolve and overcome. I think only members of some minority can ultimately truly understand the real significance of what you are asking here.

I wonder too.
It is these same lesbians, dressed like men[including underwear],who will look down their noses at male drag queens.

Who said it is? Everyone has the right to dress/behave how they want to, if people have a problem with it then tough. It is their problem, not the person's they have the problem with!
